The evolutionary step of tradition is a consequence of the visual lightness of ALISON. In it, we propose innovation and the synthesis of a well-designed piece of furniture. A piece of furniture that, in the interior, becomes a utilitarian sculpture – so important for its atmosphere. Modernity in the modular ALISON program also includes innovative technological solutions, functional features, as well as the appropriate use of colors and minimal ornamentation. It was also in this model that we were guided by the words of the well-known architect Louis Sullivan: “…form follows function.” (FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION [3F]). The structure of the ALISON model is based on furniture boards selected for their load resistance. These are combined with hardwood slats of the appropriate cross-section for the construction. Seat springs and elastic straps in the backrest are the core of the high-resilience polyurethane foams used, which greatly contribute to the exceptional comfort. Complementing this are, of course, the upholstery fabrics and leathers sourced from European tanneries and renowned textile factories in Western Europe.
