Feniks Meble (FENIKS Zakład Produkcji Mebli Sp. z o.o.) is carrying out an implementation project of a comprehensive ERP/MES/ASP system aimed at organizing and fully integrating the company’s key processes—from planning and manufacturing, through logistics, to data management and reporting.
This implementation is an important step toward improving operational efficiency and making better use of resources. In practice, it means stronger control over order execution, faster information flow between departments, and greater transparency of the data needed for decision-making.
The project is co-financed under the Regional Operational Programme of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014–2020. The total project value is PLN 2,186,859.29, eligible expenditure amounts to PLN 1,462,838.10, and the funding from the Fund is PLN 570,506.86 (the value of granted state aid: PLN 570,506.86).
